Is Spanish supported?

Can I use this from my phone on the job site?
Absolutely. OrbaPro is built mobile-first. Create estimates, log hours, upload photos, and check off punch list items straight from your phone.
How do customers sign estimates and contracts?
Customers get a link they can open on any device — no app or account needed. They can review, approve, and sign right from their phone or computer.
How do online payments work?
Connect your Stripe account and customers can pay invoices by card or ACH bank transfer. Funds go directly to your bank account.
What is the AI estimate feature?
On Pro and above, describe the job in plain language and OrbaPro drafts the line items for you — labor, materials, and other costs. Available in English and Spanish.
How do crew timesheets work?
On Premium, add your crew in Settings. Share a QR code with workers on the job site — they log their own hours, daily notes, and photos. You review and approve before payroll.

Do I need a credit card to start?

Can I downgrade to a lower plan?
Yes — downgrade or upgrade from your account settings anytime. Changes take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you won't be charged extra for switching.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export everything (customers, estimates, invoices, jobs) at any time. After cancellation we keep your data available to download for 30 days, then it is deleted.
What if I exceed the Free plan limits?
We'll let you know in the app and your existing data stays accessible. To send more estimates or invoices that month, upgrade to Basic — it's a one-click change with no setup.
