• Account information: name, email address, password
• Company information: business name, trade type, phone number, address, logo
• Business data: customer contacts, estimates, invoices, job details, photos
• Payment information: processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card numbers
• Bank account information: connected via Plaid for ACH payments — we store only account metadata (bank name, last 4 digits)

Information collected automatically

• Log data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps
• Usage data: features used, actions taken within the app
• Device information: device type, operating system

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the OrbaPro Service
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Send estimates and invoices to your customers on your behalf
• Send transactional emails (invoice reminders, estimate notifications)
• Respond to support requests
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your business data (customers, estimates, invoices) to train AI models or for advertising purposes.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance reasons. Business records (estimates, invoices) may be retained for up to 7 years to comply with financial recordkeeping requirements.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password and enable any available security features.
